This one had a jump in Mean Motion in March. At the end of April I could finally detect it indeed to be flashing with a lower period than before. The evolution of the semi-major axis of this rocket is very interesting because it seems to show a "regular" jump in Mean Motion, with a period of about 14 months. I will go deeper into this in a next Flash issue.
