With your observing site at 52.633 deg N and 4.783 deg E (replacing
sec with arc minutes) there were ERS-1 and Spot 2 moving 24 seconds of
time ahead of 95-72B with Spot 2 about 2 deg north of ERS-1 and 95-72B
24 seconds behind Spot 2.
