Observation of KH 11-8

I observed 88- 99 A on Apr.08 at about 20:05 UT in the west.
It was about one degree lower than predicted, and 40 seconds
early with respect to this elset :

Here are the observations by me, Russell Eberst and Rainer Kracht,
as I entered them for ELCOR. Although all except the Apr.04 obs.
agree well with predictions, I couldn't make elcor converge to a
reasonable solution.
