Sat, 20 Apr 1996 19:27:49 +0000
The following objects had a jump in Mean Motion and * MIGHT * accelerate:
89- 28 B = 19922 91- 81 B = 21797
89- 59 B = 20150 94- 45 B = 23190(NEW!)
==========================================================================
23190 = 94- 45 B
This one must be accelerating for sure I think. It has already accelerated
in November 1994 and last week there was a jump in Semi major axis of
about 450m !

[Again, does someone can send me elements for between these dates?]
Latest observations in our PPAS are from February and indicate a normal
rise.

Observers: Mike McCants, Willy Verhaegen and Jan Vansteelandt.
This object becomes visible in the morning within some weeks,
most of the others are visible in the middle of the night
[for Nothern-lat observers]
Don't forget 89- 28 B, 89- 59 B and 91- 81 B (see previous report).
I haven't received any observations of them yet. I hope some of you
can observe them soon to check if they are really accelerating.
