Bart now has a new Satellite List for the archives.
It lists every object ever cataloged in orbit. Similar to the Satellite
Situation Report, it has a bit more information and more decimal places in the
figures. Compare the apogee figures below. Decays are listed. Unzips to 3.1
meg. Lines are 130 characters long. They are split and shown here in 80
column format.

RCS values of 0.3125 and 10.0000 are fictitious default values.
