SeeSat-L back up/Jay's file

SeeSat-L is now back up, I think, I hope :-)
iris01 has temporarily moved to another institute/domain, hence the weird
address this and previous messages come from. Keep using the old address, it
will work (I think, I hope)... Next week the machine comes back to its home
(MPE), so it can't be excluded that it will be down for half a day then.
I've been told iris01 won't go on holiday anymore in the near future. Let's
hope so.
Anyway, to add some satellite-related content, I've made Jay's large
Satellite List available in both the e-mail and the ftp-archive.
FTP it anonymously from ftp.physics.ox.ac.uk
The path is /pub/sat/info/satlist.zip
E-mail wise, you can get it (uuencoded and zipped) by sending a message
with the words "archive get ssr/satlist.uu" (without the quotes) in the
SUBJECT-field to SeeSat-L-request@iris01.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de
Note that this file is 600 Kb (zipped) and 830 Kb (uuencoded/zipped), so it
is not advisable to get it through e-mail if you have a shaky e-mail server.
Many e-mail servers will not send through large files like that.
>I was quite surprised and pleased while checking Bjoern Gimle's home page to
>find that he posted a photo of us taken while I had the pleasure to meet him
>during his trip to NYC. Check it out.
And the fans of Jay Respler (and Roger Wilcox) can rejoice even more,
because the Eurosom 2 home page now contains a link to:
http://www.rzg.mpg.de/~bdp/eurojay.html
Cheers,
Bart
