ADMIN: web and ftp archive

Just a note to warn you that over the next 7 days the web and ftp
archives of VSOHP related material _will_ become unstable. The material
is being moved to a new server and I suspect that something wil break
sooner or later. After the move URLs may change - if I break any I will
endeavour to ensure that the server issues suitable redirects. These
changes will affect 

ftp://ftp.physics.ox.ac.uk/pub/sat/*
http://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/sat/*

this will affect the seesat-l hypermail archive as well as the VSOHP material.

The material on the web at

http://www2.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de/sat/*

will also be affected as it is mirrored from www.physics.ox.ac.uk! Other
web based information at the mpe-garching.mpg.de site will not (read
should not) be affected. I'll let you know about any major (planned)
changes.
