The latest OIG elset for this decaying object is:
SL-12 r (aux motor) 2518 x 106 km
1 24503U 96058F 97118.34087187 .41777431 19588-4 15054-2 0 2614
2 24503 46.8810 165.5204 1568272 113.4012 264.1248 12.87491833 7065
which is 168 seconds early with respect to the predition I posted
yesterday. I'd hoped for a more up-to-date elset on which to anchor my
latest SatEvo evolution, and no doubt one will appear just as I post
this.
The following evolution satisfies 8 elsets since epoch 97117.13 with a
mean residual of 5 seconds and a maximum residual of 15 seconds. Decay
is now predicted for April 30.4. To predict from these elsets, extract
the elset closest to the time of visibility and feed it to your pet
prediction program. Note that day 97119 is April 29 and that 97119.5 is
12h UT on day. With its high drag, don't expect it to be on time...
