USA 116 flare through clouds !

Tonight, despite some clouds, I tried to observe USA 129 (+86 and 116)
At about 18:44:30 (2 min before my elset) I saw a flare, which must have
been brighter than -5, near the point where shadow exit was predicted
at 85 deg az, low el.
I could follow it through some lighter clouds, and once clear
of the clouds it faded to about +2, then some more when I lost
it around 18:45:34 near az. 15

At 20:04 UT I got at least two good fixes on USA 86 - I will report
when I have had time to reduce them. It was close to the orbit I
posted recently, but about 1 degree higher (around 60 deg. in the E)

It too flared, to about -2 in the N.

By the time for USA 116, 21:27 UT, it was completely overcast again.
