The following message never appeared on SeeSat-L, since I replied to myself!

Russell Eberst observed #24680 on Apr.15 at 20:58 UT, which neither agrees
with my orbit proposal after my Apr.11 obs (MM=14.80), the old (14.83) or
a subsequent raise to 14.72

Some secondary change was made, or at least one my obs is wrong.
Observation of #24680 and #23728 are urgently needed.
