STS-90: Reentry Question

Now that STS-90 is up, I'm thinking ahead about its reentry. This is a
39-degree inclination mission, which in the past has put the entry path over
Northern California.
The nominal landing time is May 3 12:09 PM EDT. Based on earlier missions,
an entry pass for Northern California will be approximately 8:45 AM PDT.
Has anyone seen, or have any thoughts about, visibility of shuttle reentry
during daytime?
