I added my own Apr.3 observations, with very low weight, and my Apr.10
and (corrected) Apr.11 obs to Rainer Kracht's list of observations.
I loaded elcor on my old 386, and it ran very efficiently, and gave=
residuals
less than .2 degrees, i.e. .2 seconds roughly, on the old observations,
and less on the rest of the interval.
This proves (?) that the maneuvre was before Apr.3, and if I had checked
the latest elsets at the time against Russell's obs. Mar.29, I should have
noticed that USA 129 was already delayed more than explicable as elset
inaccuracy.
Running cola.exe on the 98089 elset, and Rainer's, Pierre's or mine,
the maneuvre appears to have been made on Apr.02, possibly around 20:26 UT.
