I had a terrific pass of USA 129 #24680 yesterday, though Sun was only
at -8, and I was late and didn't bring binoculars for positional obs.
Only a few stars were visible.

USA 129 appeared with a bright -2 flare left of gamma Leo at 19:28:27 UT.
A few fluctuations around +2 were seen, then at 19:29:08 almost in zenith
a fantastic -6 flare! 20 seconds later a long (4s) -3 flare, and finally
at about 25 deg. elev. 19:30:29 another -2 flare.

Do these terrific reflections only hit high northern latitudes?
