38 flashes observed, centered around 3:50:02.3 UT 4-11-98.  430.17 sec
total, 11.626 sec per period (or half period) +/- 0.040 sec (1 sigma).  UT
synched to within 0.5 sec with NIST Colorado.  Mid-event flashes to around
mag = +3 via 9x63 binoculars.  No 1x obs attempted.

As I only have 10 memories on my stopwatch, actual times to report:
