Thanks for the post Keith. I examined the elset I posted recently
and it was about 30 seconds early. That coincides with me using a
launch time that was early by 30 seconds. The elset above is within
about 5 seconds for the upper satellites separation.
Eastern US and Canada will have the first opportunity to see the four
payloads..then western Europe
