Hi,

Yesterday evening, April 28 I observed USA 86 and Lacrosse 2 again.

    98 04 28 19 43 44 09 32.6 39.15 2000 (22251 USA 86)
    98 04 28 20 03 57 09 30.3 10.75 2000 (21147 Lacrosse 2)

Positional accuracy 0.25 deg. Time accuracy 1-2 sec (no stopwatch).

As the new obs is on-track, this one was wrong. Mike McCants pointed
out that this sat could be SPOT 2, not USA 86.
