The Proton rocket, #25316, may decay at about May 1.7 according to a
SatEvo evolution through its early elsets, while the platform (#25317)
has very little time left and may decay at about April 29.9 (~22h UTC).
Both enter eclipse in the evening local time near 28 deg S latitude and
leave eclipse in the morning sky near the equator.
