Note that 99- 12 E is behaving strange. This morning I timed the same
period as yesterday. Is it accelerating??

Saw MIR at 18:59 UT; made high elevation pass; was mag 1.

The rest of the obs, despite hinderance by a bright full moon; that surely
wasn't blue, but more yellow-orange due to moistere in the air that created
a milky glow over a great part of the sky.
