Progress M-41 was successfully launched from LC1 of Baykonur
at 11:28:43.093 UTC. Spacecraft had separated from the 3rd stage
at 11:37:32.2 UTC. Launch mass of Progress is 7180 kg.
Initial orbit parameters (after determination on two orbits
measurements):

Inclination  - 51.6427 deg
Hmin         - 193.5 km
Hmax         - 249.2 km
RAAN 1950.0  - 12.6898 deg
