Ron,
	I realize that what you want is direct access to the ILAM's.  I
don't have that.  Some ILAM's can be found at
http://www.isi-consulting.com/ in the technical archives.  Although
Keith and Vladimir sometimes post ILAM's on SeeSat-L, the web-site
contains more info.  I just checked and the Orion-3 ILAM is there.
It contains a little bit more info than Vladimir posted, including:
