Ron's new geosync flasher?

I have been watching the high and low, fast and slow, drifting clouds
and semi-clear spots between the clouds for two nights and my
imagination has seen two flashes (one each night) at about 3:12UT
near RA 10Hr 16Min, Dec +2 degrees (1950) using 7x50 binoculars.

If my imagination really saw something and it is close to geosynchronous,
then its elset should be something like this:

1 99003U          99 97.88537037  .00000000  00000-0  00000+0 0    08
2 99003   5.9000  64.0000 0001000 359.9000    .1000  1.00274000    09

Ron's position would be about 2 degrees north of this.

I did see some flashes from Superbird A tonight about 3:20 and
it was not where I imagined these flashes were.
