Resurs 1-3 r will appear to chase and pass Spot 3 r for the NE USA and
Eastern Canada on Sunday evening beginning at 21:10 EDT (01:10 UTC 12 April).
In the Baltimore-Washington area, the objects will be less than 1 deg apart
as they pass L->R about 10 deg over Capella in the NW. The view of the pass
is similar for those in Boston, Montreal and Quebec City. In Miami,
Atlanta, and Chicago the object will travel in a parallel path but will be
too far apart to be seen in together in the FOV of typical binoculars. The
Resurs Rk should be visible at 1x for most of the pass.
