TiPS transit of sun

Hi All,

If we have any observers near Oceanside, CA, TiPS will be
transiting the sun from that location at about 8:56:20am
PDT on Friday morning, April 16th.  The transit track heads
north-northeast from that location.

Of course, I don't even know if the TiPS tether would be
visible during a solar transit -- a contrast issue for someone
to calculate.  Just thought it made for an interesting conjunction.
Here are the latest orbital elements from the NRL site (though
the checksums are no-good):
