Unk (Landsat 7?)

Using this elset:

I observed this object at 03:35:37 16 Apr UTC at az 240 degrees elev 50
degrees. Magnitude was about 3.6 (est). Shortly after it reached it's peak
elevation, it faded out of 1x sight.

I looked for Landsat 7 #25682 which was to make a pass 25 minutes later but
nothing was seen at 1x, not even a flare.
