I understand that the second object is not SNAP-1 but rather a shroud cover from the Dnepr rocket, which is what I call it in my select.tle elset file. There have been reports, for example in yesterday's Jonathan's Space Report http://hea-www.harvard.edu/~jcm/space/jsr/jsr.html that B is actually the UoSAT-12 and A is the shroud.
