ERS 1 tumble

    Hello,
    
    I saw ERS 1 for the first time this evening since it went unoperational.
    It is in a very slow tumble, maybe two or three minutes.
    
    A very bright magnitude -4 flash was visible at 21h03m03s UTC confirming
    that it is out of order.
