Tomorrow afternoon UT, object 25861 99039B will overtake its satellite.
This is a frequent fenomenon between related and non-related objects.
These two meet once a month, since the difference in Mean Motions
(14.73595-14.70258) is .03337, so tonight the separation will still
    be about 2 minutes.
The separation of the orbit planes is 1.5 degrees (200 km), so really
close encounters are only possible near the apex (Apr.29 at 15:06 24 km)
    I will have them 11 deg.apart at 22 deg.W Apr.29 20:40
