    prediction. The decay has certainly shifted earlier, with SpaceCom's
    estimate now for this to occur over the E USA. The track carries it 
    from San Antonio, Texas, at 15:52 UTC to Memphis, Tennessee, at 
    15:54 and Montreal, Quebec, at 15:58. I estimate an earlier decay, 
    possibly around the northbound equator crossing over the E Pacific 
    at the end of the final SatEvo-predicted rev above.
