With the recent reports of observations of a certain NOSS duo i looked for them last night (local) at 1x but no luck. This evening the clouds went away in time and i looked for them with my 10x50s and spotted two bright slow moving objects in trail formation only a few degrees apart. They were bright enough to be seen at 1x so i rushed inside, got my camera, rushed out and as i was setting it up, the trailing object was starting to flare. Estimated magnitude was -1. Good thing they were slow moving. No times were recorded because i was busy taking their pic but they were within the predicted time for my location.
