Atlantis/ISS made a +2.0 visible pass in the north (~20 deg
max elevation) at 01:45 UTC, 12 April.

Sunsat (25636, 99008C) was about +8.5 except for some irregular flashing to +6.5 every 2-3 seconds. The pass was
at 1:55 UTC, 12 April, ~60 deg elevation in the SE.

For those who follow such things, OIG has a typo on the COSPAR ID for JCSAT 8
