With moonlit skies i had to use my 10x50s to see GRACE 1 #27391 02012A and GRACE 2 #27392 02012B but they arrived as predicted 05:46 23 Apr UTC. I didn't get a spacing timing on them this time around but 2 was still lagging behind 1. Earlier in the evening, after i had watched the USA 160 pair go by in the twilight, i went inside and upstairs to close the blinds. I happened to look out the window and saw a bright flare just to the right (N) and above (E) of Saturn at 04:40:14 23 Apr UTC +/- 3sec. Az 282 El 20. The mag was about equal to Saturn, if not brighter considering i was looking thru the window and it lasted long enough that the object appeared to going N-S. Except for being off by about 30 sec on 5 day old elsets, Cosmos 2181 r #21903 92012B looks to be the closest match.
