Willie Koorts requested early elements. I have estimated pre-flight
elements. 

If Soyuz TM-34 enters the same altitude orbit as Soyuz TM-33 did, then
after launch on 2002 Apr 25 at 06:26 UTC its rev 4 elements will be:

1 70001U          02115.52097415  .00260000  00000-0  44427-3 0    16
2 70001  51.6403 318.1204 0040270 287.5477 152.4950 16.00098970    41

Unfortunately, there are no good sighting opportunities from Cape Town.
There is a pre-dawn pass on 26 Apr, but it exits eclipse at culmination,
about 7 deg elevation.

Prediction time accuracy for 26 Apr should be accurate to within several
minutes.

There will be good ISS passes in evening in a few days.
