From the $th to the 18th of April Ron Welch and myself measured the flash period of this geoflasher except April 7 and 8. This shows a clearly increasing period from 32.907secs on April 4.411 Ut to 34.2375 on April 18.55UT. If one plots the angular velocity rather than the period the plot shows that the rate of change of angular velocity has not been constant. This implies that the torque on the spinning satellite braking its spin is not constant. I havent been able to see it since my last observation on August 17, and Ron saw it on Aug 19, but no timing. Its too low in the west now for both Ron in Canberra and myself in Adelaide. Can any African resident list members pick it up?
