An observer in Australia (38.283S, 149.217E) reports
this position for a flaring geosat:

    2003-04-07 14:12:49 UTC; RA 13:46.4, Dec +6.34 (1950)

Using Findsat and Mike's geo.tle file, the closest one
to the position was 111 seconds away, with another 113
seconds in the opposite direction. If I understand
correctly, I think maybe the observer got some (as yet
    unprocessed?) photography of it.

    More clouds here.
