2004-015C (# 28236) Proton 3. Stage

SCC'S 02 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared April 27, 14:29 UTC -
shows the decay on:
29 April, 12;57 UTC +/- 01 day (09.7°N, 115.2°E)
ascending over the South China Sea.

MPM+RENTRY delivered with the (unpublished) ELSET 04118.402... and an empirical
ballistic coefficient for the Proton 3.stage (SFX 095, ap 008) the decay on:
29 April, 09:52 UTC +/- 03 hours (24.0°S, 134.1°E)
also northbound over Australia  (Alice Springs).
