observed glint from Noaa 1

    This morning while seeing what satellites would pass by vega, I noticed one call Noaa 1.
    At around 7:47:53 UTC is gave a glint around mag 8.
    I latter observed cosmos 2355 and cosmos 2352 near each other, as they passed by arcturus. They
    were faint. Time was 8:57 UTC
    All observed using the video setup.
