    Thomas, the epoch of the TLE on Heavens-above that you
    used for the predictions is day 115.88. this is
    after the event time for the meteor sighting.
    There were no decays on April 23.
    The direction is also wrong in that Nenana is north
    of the  orbit apex and direction would be West to East.
