Congratulations to all who saw the Titan 4 launch! Thank you very much to Ted for projected orbital data! Question: The two Lacrosse-type elsets yield predictions for here in the morning around 11:00 UTC, but I'm not clear on which of the TLEs is more accurate or how close the data will be to the actual pass by that time. By then our weather may have improved from poor to pretty good. (The weather was so poor when I was coming home I didn't get my act together to see if there could be an evening pass here -- which apparently there was, a good one.) Questions 2 and 3: Will the payload manuver? How long will the launch stage remain in orbit?
