    Congratulations to Pierre for his extraordinary recovery of USA 161, 
    more than one hour late on previous elset; to Russell for a similar 
    achievement on March 04; and to Ted for his analysis that these two 
    matched (with high precision) a single orbit, very different from the 
    previous, and from both search orbits!
    
    On my first clear night since Pierre's obs, I found it just 7 seconds 
    early on Ted's elset (below) (83 deg pass observed with 7*50)
    There are some time/crosstrack deviations larger than my assumed error 
    limits, but I am sure Mike/Ted/Pierre will make educated guesses for 
    best fit. (My first one should be least accurate)
