    Method: Canon Digital Ixus 400 + ASTRORECORD astrometric software.
    Camera at manual mode, "10 second" (= 10.7 second) exposure, wide field 
    f2.8/7.41 mm.

    IGS 1B was exactly one second early with respect to elset 06093.83849704.
    Quickly became very bright (+1.5 to +1) as seen visually when emerging from 
    eclipse just above the roof of the opposite building: much brighter than 
    predicted. As the photographed trail ends behind the roof I can only report one 
    point (trail start). Trail on image very crisp, no problem measuring it.
