I am being treated this evening! At 21:11:10 +/- 5 s UTC, another (slow) flare 
of about mag. +0.5 by another Keyhole, USA 129 this time. Alas this time not 
while the camera was open (and before and after, while the camera was open, it 
was too faint...).
