Camera at manual mode, "10 second" (= 10.7 second) exposure, wide field f2.8/7.41 mm. What these numbers mean: http://www.satellite.eu.org/position/IODformat.html Fine evening. 1 out of 2 attempted images (the one with the two flares) on 2005-042A yielded a measurable trail, turns out I got one point (endpoint trail, start was unmeasurable) on USA 129 as well (very early onset of reported flare), and a very crisp bright trail on IGS 1B yielding two points. Points on both USA 186 and USA 129 agree very well in delta T and cross-track with the latest elsets for these satellites; however the points on IGS 1B are clearly off (0.1 degree) in cross-track compared to elset 06096.85488870 and I believe this is a true deviation, not a measurement error. These points are also some 2 seconds early. - Marco :-) ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, Cospar 4353 Leiden, the Netherlands. 52.15412 N, 4.49081 E (WS84), +0 m ASL SatTrackCam: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek/satcam.html Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com Atom RSS: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com/atom.xml e-mail: sattrackcam@wanadoo.nl ----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
