Two bright flashes from USA 186 yesterday in the SW, one by USA 129
    today in the S.
USA 129 was also bright, +1 to +2 for about 30 s NW of Auriga.
USA 161 made two bright ones low in the N.
UNID mag +3 left of Polaris. 21:43:08.91 40% above eps UMa = 80-08B into
    shadow.
I may have seen STEX one degree off-track and 20 s late. Only one point
memorized - voice recorder not running!
    Remaining stpw times 23:16:03.88 / 07.21 / 21.82 MAY match some star
    splits (in penumbra)
