    Hi All:

For those of you who generate your own TLEs, be advised that the new time
for the Delta II CloudSat/CALIPSO launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base,
California is 2006 April 22 10:02:26 UTC (03:02:26 Pacific Daylight Time).

According to a launch weather forecast issued yesterday, the weather will
probably be within acceptable parameters for a April 22 Delta II launch
attempt. Unfortunately, for those of us in California, acceptable launch
weather doesn't necessarily translate into good launch viewing weather. We
are currently plagued with high clouds.

On an unrelated topic, a Minuteman III dawn launch from Vandenberg AFB on
April 7 created an unexpected display along the California coast. Photos are
    posted at:

    Regards,

    Brian Webb
