    Sky was brilliantly clear but too close to sunrise so object was not seen. 
    At least that indicates it probably didn't decay near here on that pass but 
    that was not expected anyway.
    
    In case I confused anyone not familiar with the convention the Z after the 
    times indicates UTC.
    
    We are UTC plus 12.
