Greg Roberts' LEO unknown, 91061, appears to be XSS-11, in a new orbit. Combining Greg's obs of Apr 6 and 25 yields: XSS-11 1.0 0.6 0.0 8.4 v 754 X 772 km 1 28636U 05011A 06115.67214761 .00000067 00000-0 22247-4 0 06 2 28636 99.1724 116.8822 0012960 206.5077 153.5446 14.37847456 09 Arc 2006 Apr 06.74 - 25.73, WRMS residuals = 0.018 deg The plane of the present orbit is drifting slowly eastward relative the previous known orbit, 98.85 deg, 844 X 862 km. The manoeuvres to the present orbit would have occurred about the third week of January 2006. This is wonderful progress since 2001, when you did well to video mag 7 or 8.
