nice flare from USA 186

I was just outside, and happened to noticed a bright star. I watch it move, so it was a satellite
and not a star. I then observed it's path, to id it. It turns out it was USA 186. The approx time
of the flare was 1:52 UTC ( Apr 30 ) It was at least as bright as Arcturus.

No video are nothing else I can report.

Very nice flare.
