I have a binocular visible pass of this expensive piece of
junk at around 0935UT today. For me its an s-n evening pass
    at ranges around 1900 km.
If anybody has heard any info about when its perigee is
going to be lowered could they alert me. Currently
these favourable passes repeat at nearly 4 day intervals
due to current mean motion being near 2.25 revs/day
