There is a lunar transit of the ISS at 9:36 tonight NZT (0936 UTC) for some Northern suburbs of Wellington, New Zealand. The pass is a night pass and not illuminated. The centreline is north of my home location and owing to other commitments I am unable to travel to a suitable location at the time. If you know anyone who might be interested and able to observe the transit suitable locations appear to be Lake Ferry (in the Southern Wairarapa,) Avalon (north of Lower Hutt,) and Porirua. Conditions are currently poor but may improve in time for the transit.
