    Looked for USA 129, saw something 33.751 sec. late??  Didn't ID  
    any other sat there near this time.  Any suggestions?  If USA  129=

    Noss 2-3 D, 23862 was 4.48 sec. late but I was quite sure of its  position.
     
    First chance in a month to do much observing-- it's been cloudy and  rainy
